No one realizes that this song is really about him being a drug addict. He see’s something whether it be an opportunity lost, a woman that reminds him of lust, material objects. And that he dug himself into a hole. So he jumps into that pool of water..meaning he became so depressed that he decided to drown himself even further into the drugs

The first time that I listened to this song was in 2012. In that time, I was a 5 years old child.
I didn't understand the song at that moment. But now, I'm 13 and suddenly, I can understand the song's meaning. I have crushed on a girl so badly who is bigger than me... ...😭
The saddest part here is that the girl probably heard this a thousand times and will never know that this song was really for her.
